Our Leaders

Jon grew up in a pastor’s home and served as a pastor for 32 years. He serves with One Mission Society as a Church Multiplication Facilitator and he is spearheading the Digital Mapping Project.  He and Dawn have three amazing grown children and 44 foster children, many of whom they still have contact with.  When Jon is in town, he is serving as an Interim Pastor at Mount Healthy Community Church. Jon is the founder and President of Missional Life, Inc.

Greg Dixon served the Lord as a pastor for 38 years. He and his wife have three grown children and three amazing grandchildren. After turning his church over to an assistant, Greg began to focus his efforts on training God’s servants around the world. He has served and continues to serve on several community boards, including the Urban Youth Ministry of Greater Indianapolis where he is the president. Greg is also the Founder and President of Advance.

Taylor grew up in Jon’s youth group when he was a teenager, going out of the country several times on mission trips with Jon. They have stayed in contact over the years, so Taylor was a natural choice for MLI. While Taylor's career is currently in technology, he has a deep passion and calling for reaching the lost with the Gospel. In addition to serving with Missional Life Inc, he leads his home church's young adults ministry with his wife Brittany and an evangelism team that shares the Gospel throughout all of Tampa Bay. His life's mission is to live out Matthew 28:19-20.
